You are able to create a brand new SMS Template to use in the iPLATO toolbar.
Simply:
- Login to the toolbar
- Select Templates from the drop-down menu by clicking on the IP button from the toolbar (the icon to the far left)
This brings you to the Templates section:
- Select New Template at the bottom
- Give your template a TITLE
- Select an existing Category or write the name of a new category for your template
- Write your message in the Message field
- Use the grey button on the right to add Mail Merges that will add relevant details for the patient you are sending to.
- Choose if you want to Allow Response
- Choose if you want to Add an additional code that will be read-coded back to your clinical system every time you send this template.
- Hit Save changes
Now it will be available as a selected Template when creating a message.
Please Note: If changes need to be made to Template at later point, you have the options to Update or Delete.
