Buddy allows you to send a file or image with a patient message.

In order to action, please do the following:

• Within clinical system, select Patient
• The Buddy toolbar while fill in Blue colour when it has picked it up
• Select the Speech Bubble icon
• Create your text message in standard method
• To attach, select Attach File icon and select specific item from Desktop
• Click Send and Save

Please Note: close the selected attachment in other applications prior to saving to the record.
