We’re here to help you get the most from iPLATO. We’ve answered some of the most popular queries below. If you have further feedback, we would love to hear from you.

You can set up any number of Outcomes on your iPLATO Triage system.

  • Go to Settings, myGP Triage

  • Click Outcomes

  • Click Add New

  • Enter your chosen outcome, e.g. REFERRED TO PHARMACY
  • Click Add Outcome

This will now be available to select in the Triage request when received.
